* Warning: This product is for therapeutic use only. Use only under a physician's care. One capsule of Thyroid Px EXCEEDS the Recommended Daily Allowance for Iodine. Side effects of Iodine can include allergic reactions, tachycardia, skin outbreaks, hyperthyroid symptoms (increased heart rate, atrial fibrillation). Thyroid Px may increase heart rate and can cause angina or arrhythmias, and if certain cardiac symptoms develop discontinue use of Thyroid Px. Concomitant administration of stimulants may precipitate coronary insufficiency. Thyroid Px is contraindicated in anyone with hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients, including iodine and guggul. Anyone with thyrotoxicosis should use this product cautiously. Ingestion of iodine and/or iodide has been associated with certain complaints. If you experience any of the following, stop use of Thyroid Px and contact your physician:
- Acne-like skin lesions in certain areas of your body
- Sinus related headaches
- Unpleasant taste
- Increased salivation and/or sneezing

Suggested Use:
Take 1 capsule per day to start. Higher dosing of up to 3 caps three times a day, can be beneficial, but only increase dosage as long as there is no adverse or allergic reaction to the starting dose. Do not increase dose if any adverse, allergic or discomforting symptoms occur. Do not take if allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not take if pregnant or nursing. Maximum dose of 9 capsules per day in divided doses to be used for up to six weeks only. Afterwards, 1-2 capsules per day as a maintenance dose. Reduce dose or discontinue if symptoms of hyper-functioning thyroid occur. Caution: dosing of more than one capsule per day in rare instances can cause palpitations. Drug potentiation can occur with thyroid hormone replacement.
